Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a QA Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
A. Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production objectives consistent with quality assurance requirements and customer, optimizing the utilization of the workforce to minimize manufacturing costs.
B. Participates as a key member of plant manager’s staff in all critical decisions impacting facility.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
A. This position provides overall leadership for OPEX & Quality.
B.. Key responsibilities include driving the Strategic Quality Plan at the operational level, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Eaton Business System by utilizing the Eaton Lean System, 6 sigma, and prolaunch.
