QA Lead

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2-3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead with strong hands‑on testing expertise and proven leadership in enterprise‑scale environments. In this role, you will define and drive the quality strategy, lead cross‑functional QA efforts, optimise tooling and processes, and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across complex programmes. You will collaborate closely with Program Managers, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align test planning and execution with project goals and timelines.
