QA
Lead - an
experienced QA Lead responsible for a Team of manual and automation testers to
ensure that software applications meet business needs. Responsible for
planning, scheduling and reporting test outcomes to ensure stakeholder
awareness of test effort, issues and agreement of test outcome and lead testing
(both manual and automation testers). Looking for a solid QA Engineer who has led QA teams to come
on board and implement automation framework whilst mentoring the QA team
members.

Roles
and responsibilities:

  • Test Planning & Analysis, solid understanding of Manual and Automated testing concepts
  • Agile testing experience with team member accountability for commitment and delivery each sprint
  • Drive and building automation framework
  • Encourage automation withing the wider test team
