  • Results-driven QA Lead to lead a team of highly efficient QA resources.
  • The QA Lead will lead a team size of about 6 to 8 resources comprising Manual QAs, Automation QAs, and Performance testers.
  • He/She will have to interact with internal/external clients in order to understand the requirements of the product and participate actively in client interactions.
  • Participating in UAT and interacting with product, tech and business teams efficiently.
  • Driving quality initiatives to drive efficient QA practices.
  • Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
  • Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
  • Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
