We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead to oversee and drive both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in performance testing using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter, as well as security testing practices. As a QA Lead, you will lead the QA team, define test strategies, and work cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead and manage the QA team across manual, automation, and non-functional testing 

Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts 

Coordinate and execute manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory test cases 

Plan and perform performance testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, or equivalent tools
