Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician, you will be part of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $20.95
**Shift:** 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
and 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM rotating schedule
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform routine laboratory testing including pH, salt, color, drained weights, and viscosity measurements
+ Conduct environmental monitoring and allergen swabbing to ensure food safety compliance
+ Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as FoodScan and Mohr titration devices
