QA Inspector

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB

· Performs Card Body 100% Inspection and meet target output

· Deliver good quality of cards

· Perform proper scheduling of cards for inspection

· Accurate reporting of cards output

KEY RESULT AREAS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Reviews product specifications indicated in the Job Order Pouch and Digital Proof, then seek clarification from immediate head if necessary.

· Conduct 100% cards inspection with correct visual judgement following Inspection Standards and ensure no non-conforming products deliver to next station or to customer.

· Perform testing of cards as required indicated on Final Inspection Quality Plan

· Collect sample card reference

· Determine disposition of inspected cards and report immediately problem encountered or major deviation during inspection to immediate supervisor.
