QA Inspector

Job Description:

• To conduct pre-loading, during loading and post-loading inspection for lorry, tanker and container deliveries including finished goods.
• Pre-delivery inspection for lorry delivery includes product checks on aging and for tanker delivery includes bulk sampling inspection.
• To check/ assess residue collected after each tanker loading and report to superior.
• To ensure all delivery activities is compliance to customer specification (special delivery checklist), GMP and HACCP requirements.
• To collect bulk tanker delivery retain sample and update the sieving result in the report.
• To ensure all incoming packaging materials comply with specification, GMP and HACCP requirement.
• To conduct inspection on critical plant equipments i.e bin cleaning inspection, packer cleaning, rebolter cleaning, telescopic, tanker cleaning and etc.
