QA Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Master Copy of drafted document for approval.
• Assist in distribution of controlled document.
• Assist in safekeeping of Master Documents.
• Assist in processing of document update DCN.
• Assist to draft and printing of the documents for documentation purpose.
• Assist to generate Flow Charts, Work Instructions and Forms.
• Generate and upkeep records relevant to testing, R&D and maintenance of tools / equipment.
• Housekeeping (6S) of Quality Lab & QA Office.
• Responsible on the generation of Certificate Of Analysis (COA) according to Customers’ requirements.
• Responsible on the generation of all testing analysis report.
• Responsible to record Customer Complaint & Rejection for KPI’s Objective monitoring.
• Responsible to compile all Monthly QA KPI’s Objective Data to present in QA KPI Meeting.
