QA Engineers and Full-Stack Developers Needed for Candidate Response Evaluation

Hey there
We're running research to validate how accurately AI scores interview responses for different roles. To do that, we need real professionals to score a set of transcripts so we can compare expert judgment to AI output.
This is a short, remote, one-time project. You'll score 12 transcripts, each taking around 10 minutes, through a structured online survey we provide.
What you'll do
- Review 12 interview transcripts from candidates applying for QA manager and full-stack developer roles
- Score each response using a clear rubric we provide
- Complete the scoring through an online survey (link provided after onboarding)
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, QA engineer, or technical lead
- Familiarity with software development practices, code quality, or QA processes
- Strong English reading skills
- Available to complete the work by 4 March 2026
