QA ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION : 1. Be able to do 8D reports arising from the customers' complaints. 2. Issue and provide COC to the customers. 3. Co-ordinate customers' audits or site visits for customer qualification or quality issues. 4. Able to manage and facilitate company's ISO systems and reporting. 5. Communicate and provide customer service to potential and existing customers. REQUIREMENT : - Diploma or Degree in Engineering - Prefer minimum 2 years working experience in electronic industry. - Proactive and great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. - Good customer service skills.
