Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to define testing requirements and strategies
- Design and implement manual test cases for Creation products
- Identify, report, and track issues/defects using issue tracking tools
- Perform regression testing and ensure compatibility across different platforms and devices
- Mentor and train QA/QC team members in best practices and testing methodologies
