Job Description

Responsible for projects related to product and process quality to ensure quality products and total customer satisfaction.

Analyze data to understand a problem and develop solutions for quality improvement projects.

Be the key personnel to interface with customers / suppliers / internal team related to quality issues and failure incidences.

Driving issues for root cause(s), corrective action, and monitoring for effectiveness.

Lead the internal team and prepare customer / Internal 8D report whenever there is quality issues.

Involve in and support all the relevant quality of new part approval project and transfer projects.
