Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of QA experience with CJCM applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Java Selenium for test automation.
  • Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Pega PRPC rules, Case Management (CJCM), and flows.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Good To Have

  • Experience with other automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Basic SQL and database validation skills.
