QA Engineer

Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the quality and reliability of new features and fixes within portal applications before they reach production, focusing on manual testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing on web-based portal applications.
• Review user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements from a QA perspective.
• Identify, document, and track defects clearly and precisely.
• Validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved without side effects.
• Challenge requirements to uncover edge cases and risk scenarios.
• Work closely with developers during refinement and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure test coverage aligns with business needs.
