Job Description
The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and proper installation of Fiber Optic systems, CCTV, and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS). The role includes conducting inspections, preventive maintenance monitoring (PMS), testing, and documentation to ensure all works meet company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections for fiber optic installation, splicing, termination, and testing
- Verify CCTV installation, camera angles, cabling, NVR/DVR configuration, and recording quality
- Inspect FDAS installation, including detectors, panels, wiring, and alarm functionality
- Monitor and validate Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) for fiber, CCTV, and FDAS systems
