QA Engineer

Job Responsibility:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Conduct and handling internal audits and external audits.
• Direct, control and motivate IQC, IPQC and FQC/OQC inspector in all aspect affecting work performance and approve IQC, IPQC and FQC/OQC reports.
• Ensure subordinates comply with the required procedure and instruction.
• Responsible to guide subordinate at the checking process and feedback to superior for any abnormal detection and liaise with production and engineering on quality problem.
• Authorized to stop non-conforming material, work in progress and finished goods from further processing or delivery to the next process or customer.
• Prepare non-conformance report for Incoming/In-Process/Final Quality and Customer Complaint.
