Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing for full-stack systems, including UI, APIs, and telephony platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end testing across UI, API, and Telephony systems
  • REST API testing ) using Postman/Newman
  • Validate agent states (READY/PAUSE/QUEUE/INCALL)
  • Testing of campaigns, lists, hopper, and ratio dialing
  • Vue UI testing (forms, permissions, browser compatibility)
  • Identify and test edge cases (refresh, disconnects, slow network)
  • Conduct load/performance and recovery testing
  • UI automation using Playwright or Cypress
  • Log and call-trace analysis using call IDs
  • Perform RBAC and security testing

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of QA experience
  • Strong API and automation testing skills
