Job Description
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing for full-stack systems, including UI, APIs, and telephony platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end testing across UI, API, and Telephony systems
- REST API testing ) using Postman/Newman
- Validate agent states (READY/PAUSE/QUEUE/INCALL)
- Testing of campaigns, lists, hopper, and ratio dialing
- Vue UI testing (forms, permissions, browser compatibility)
- Identify and test edge cases (refresh, disconnects, slow network)
- Conduct load/performance and recovery testing
- UI automation using Playwright or Cypress
- Log and call-trace analysis using call IDs
- Perform RBAC and security testing
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of QA experience
- Strong API and automation testing skills
- Familiarity with call center/telephony systems (preferred)
