Responsibilities
- Perform Requirement Analysis
- Share Query Tracker to clarify any queries in the requirement
- Develop test scenarios/cases and setup test data
- Perform Testing - Test Execution (ST, SIT, Regression Testing)
- Analyze test results and report defects
- Defect Tracking to closure in Defect Management Tool
- Participate in the sync up calls, daily triage calls with onsite and customers on a daily basis and ensure defects to closure
- 3+ years of industry experience in Software testing/Quality Assurance.
- Experience in Test management tools like QC/JIRA Zaphyr/TestLinks
- Working experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) /Retail Industry with Ecommerce platform is an added advantage
- Good understanding of conducting QA for Mobile application (iOS/Android) platforms.
