What will you do

The Automation candidate will drive the automation initiative and possess strong knowledge of industry best practices in automation. This position requires a combination of people management and technical expertise, with an emphasis on a QA/Development (SDET) skillset. The role involves automating tests, with limited manual execution, to develop the testing strategy for a given task. The ideal candidate will have a working understanding of interfacing applications, test environments, testing services tools, and methodologies. Responsibilities also include test strategy formulation, decomposing business and technical requirements into test case scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingency plans, and other preparation activities.
