Responsibilities

  • Participating in new project launches for the plants.
  • Supporting Product Safety Audit (PSA) activities and procedures with team members.
  • Attending Daily Shop Floor Management Meetings and Department Functional Meetings to ensure the timely escalation of issues.
  • Controlling inventory of measurement devices.
  • Setting a schedule of calibration.
  • Performing in-house calibration.
  • Recalling measurement and inspection devices for calibration.
  • Reviewing calibration results under the acceptance criteria of each device particularly.
  • Contacting and selecting outside service providers for calibration service.
  • Maintaining calibration and verification records.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in Quality Assurance systems.
