QA Document Control

Responsibilities:
Review quality documents from manufacturing partners for accuracy and completeness
Track and trend customer complaints, returns, and quality issues
Investigate customer complaints and support CAPA documentation
Maintain and organize quality records and product documentation
Review testing data and verify compliance with specifications
Confirm lot compliance prior to product release
Coordinate with customers and manufacturers to collect required documents
Maintain PO tracking, COAs, and documentation status
Assign and track documentation tasks within the QA team
Support QA leadership on special projects and audits
Train and back up team members as needed
Requirements:
High school graduate or GED
At least 3 years of experience in the food or manufacturing industry
Strong computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and document management tools
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
