Qa Designer

As a fast growing Fintech in the LATAM region, we are looking for a QA Designer to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of our products as we continue to build the leading embedded lending infrastructure in LATAM.

This role goes beyond traditional testing, you will design quality processes, define test strategies, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver high-impact, customer-facing solutions with speed and confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute test strategies across web platforms, APIs, and data flows
• Own end-to-end quality assurance for new features, from requirements to release
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure quality is embedded early in the development lifecycle
