P2-C2-TSTS – Strong Cap Markets or Commercial banking experience; Test Mgmt, planning experience; Strong test processes experience; Strong Stakeholder mgmt. experience; ETL and Data experience; Cloud experience is a plus.

Test Strategy & Planning

a Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies for capital markets applications, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT. Collaboration with development, business analysts, and product owners to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership

a Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts, test engineers, and automation specialists onshore offshore. Drive performance and accountability through clear KPIs and objectives.
