QA Automation

Role Expectations:

• Define and drive test automation strategy aligned with business goals
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Java
• Ensure best practices in test design, coding standards, and automation architecture
• Review automation code and provide technical guidance to team members
• Oversee end-to-end testing: functional, regression, integration, and automation testing
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
• Analyze test results, identify risks, and proactively address quality issues
• Ensure proper defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA automation and manual testers
