About the project

Impressit is looking for a QA Automation Lead to take ownership of end-to-end testing delivery for a complex Salesforce-based portfolio within the energy and trading domain. This role combines hands‑on automation expertise with team and portfolio leadership in a high‑visibility, long‑term program. Location: Spain / Portugal

What you will do

• Own end-to-end testing delivery across multiple programs and demands
• Manage QA staffing, onboarding, goals, appraisals, and development plans
• Lead automation strategy and execution for medium to large‑scale programs
• Work closely with Architects, Scrum teams, and stakeholders to ensure testability
• Design, evolve, and govern automation frameworks
• Drive CI/CD enablement and continuous testing practices
• Review functional and technical designs and provide quality feedback
