QA Automation Engineer (Selenium + Salesforce)

Responsibilities Framework Development : Design, scale, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (Page Object Model, BDD/TDD) using Selenium WebDriver (Java, Python, or C#) Salesforce Validation : Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps, Apex triggers, and Lightning components) CI/CD Integration : Seamlessly plug automated tests into modern CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Collaboration & Strategy : Work side-by-side with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment to define bulletproof test strategies Defect Lifecycle Management : Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira, driving issues from discovery to resolution Hybrid Testing : Balance automation with high-value manual, exploratory, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required Reporting : Provide clear, metrics-driven test reports and quality recommendations ...
