QA Architect/Test Manager

Role & Responsibilities

You'll be the architect and guardian of quality across Ginesys One's product suite. You'll work alongside product dev, QA, and PM teams to proactively define, advocate, and scale a best-in-class testing ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Define own testing strategy for G1 suite of products across ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, Reporting products.
• Lead end-to-end test execution across manual, automation, performance, and security domains.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks—selection, guidelines, metrics, CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, DevOps to integrate quality measures into the pipeline, from sprint backlog to release.
• Foster quality culture via QA guilds, retrospectives, cross functional workshops, knowledge sharing.
• Establish quality KPIs (e.g., defect leakage, automation coverage, test pass rates) and report to CTO and Leadership.
