Overview
Location: Toronto, ON. Hybrid: 1 day on-site (Anchor day: Thursday). Contract Duration: 4 months. Possibility of extension: Based on business need. Possibility of conversion to FTE: Based on business need. Number of positions: 1. Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday–Friday (37.5 hrs/week; possible OT).
Project context: Global Technology Enterprise Platforms (GTEP) – GTS Service Support. PAM transformation project. Onboarding to ServiceNow and integrating ServiceNow Workflow for backend integration. The role contributes to the Quality Assurance / Service Management Technology (SMT) team within Global Engineering, Operations & Functions, ensuring that individual goals, plans, and initiatives support the team’s business strategies and objectives. All activities must comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
