QA Analyst

1. General Purpose

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for creating and implementing testing in support of software development requirements. This position ensures the quality, reliability, integrity, and performance of all software products produced for end user consumption by validating that software performs to established guidelines.

Essential Functions

• Participate in the improvement of quality assurance, deliverables, methodologies, and processes for application testing
• Develop, publish, and implement test plans for complex applications
• Identify and write test scenarios and test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
• Identify, document, and re-execute defects found in the software application
• Track and report the QA activities on a per project basis
