QA Analyst

The QA Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the quality of solutions developed within Protheus ERP, including integrations, APIs, and web portals. Will act strategically throughout the testing cycle, identifying risks, proposing improvements, and ensuring deliveries meet functional, technical, and usability requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute functional, integration, and regression test scenarios and test cases for Protheus modules
• Perform API testing, validating integrations, authentication, payloads, and responses
• Execute and document tests for web portals, including functional validation, usability, workflow, business rules, and cross-browser compatibility
• Validate business requirements, tax rules, and system integrations
• Create and maintain test documentation (test scripts, evidence, traceability matrix)
