Job Description
**Role Outline:**
To provide leadership for the Quality and EHS Functions for the Norwich Site. Both responsible for the day-to-day management of Q-EHS Engineers and indirect leadership and functional ownership of Q-EHS across all employees on the Norwich site, Including Manufacturing, Service & Engineering
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for creating, deploying and holding employees on site accountable for policies and procedures relating to Quality and EHS, Ensuring full compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
+ Owns and manages the integrated management system for the Norwich site accreditations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
+ Accountable for external customer quality for the Norwich site, measured as the DPPM (Defective Parts Per Million) for all Norwich manufactured products. Uses the FBS Toolset to drive measurable improvements in defect rates.
