Job Description
- Analyze and integrate metrics into Tableau dashboards and reporting platforms.
- Design, refine, and optimize reports/dashboards for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with peers for code review, validation, and testing.
- Provide technical recommendations on build strategies and design solutions.
- Support migration from legacy systems (SAS/OBI) to modern platforms (Python/SQL/Tableau).
Project Involvement
- Contribute to the PER project , a multi-year initiative modernizing reporting infrastructure, KPI builds, and technical development aligned with business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3‑5 years in BI/reporting/analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python (data transformation, automation, KPI development).
- Advanced Tableau (LOD expressions, calculated fields, performance tuning).
- Experience with PowerBI (desirable).
