Job Description
I am looking for a specialist who is proficient in both Python for complex PDF creation and n8n for automation.
Very simplified description:
-n8n starts flow
-Data is retrieved from Google Sheet
-Python code creates PDF quote with sequential number including button in PDF document which has a URL with parameters (VPS will be booked with Hetzner for Python execution; SQLite should sufficient for the sequential quote number)
-some of the information within the pdf is static and some dynamically retrieved from the google sheet
-Final PDF is stored in Google Drive
-An offer object is created in Salesforce with price and text information from the Google Sheet, and the final PDF is also stored here
-In addition, the final PDF is sent to the customer by email with a predefined text
I would design and provide letterhead in jpeg format.
This covers most of the requirements, but details will be finalized in a joint meeting.
