This role involves working with Pydantic for schema validation and SQLite for lightweight relational data storage, requiring an ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Python-based applications and services.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs, backend systems, and integrations.
  • Streamline versioning, release, and packaging processes of the application code.
  • Establish testing strategies including unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and resilience tests.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Optimise application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis.
