Job Description
Education:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field
Experience:
● 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
● Experience with creating agentic AI in Python. This involves creating autonomous AI agents that can perceive their environment, make decisions, and take actions to achieve specific goals
● Experience with taking AI agents from concept to production, including safety evaluations, iterative testing, and continuous improvement
● Proficiency in LangChain/LangGraph and MCP/A2A; vector/RAG systems
● Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems to production as part of a small, fast-paced team
● Hands-on experience with CI/CD build and deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code
