The Opportunity
We are looking for a strong Python Engineer who wants to go beyond classical backend development and step into the world of AI-native systems and Generative AI architectures.
You will work on real client engagements across industries, helping enterprises transform how they operate using Large Language Models, AI agents, retrieval systems, and intelligent automation.
This is engineering-first, production-focused, system-level AI development.
You will contribute to AI-native enterprise platforms, generative AI Proofs of Concept (POCs) and MVPs, agent-based systems and workflow orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, enterprise AI integrations (CRM, ERP, document systems, knowledge bases), internal AI accelerators and reusable frameworks, and intelligent automation and workflow transformation.
