Job Title: Python Quant Developer

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Experience Level: 0-3 Years

Role Overview

As a Senior Quant Developer, you will design, build, and maintain the core Python infrastructure for

quantitative research, backtesting, and production trading systems. You will work closely with

quantitative researchers to turn models into efficient, production-ready code and will be expected to

drive projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement modular, object-oriented Python frameworks for backtesting and signal
  • research.
  • Develop portfolio analytics tools (Sharpe, Sortino, drawdown, risk attribution, factor exposures).
  • Optimize numerical performance using NumPy, pandas, SciPy, Numba, or vectorization.
  • Collaborate with quants to integrate models into research & production systems.
