Job Description
The Role
Work with the global Calculation Development Team to analyze, plan, and deliver technical solutions for client requirements, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.
Develop and implement automation for pension calculations and letter configuration for new client installations, system enhancements, or production issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment on project milestones.
Build expertise in automated pension calculations and letter configuration.
Stay updated on business requirements and assess their impact on calculation and configuration development.
Share knowledge, coding practices, and process improvements to drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.
Adhere to ISO standards, team processes, and quality requirements.
