Summary:

The role of the Production Support Engineer is a technical role that's ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the platform / system and services.

This individual will work under the general direction of a supervisor, while managing their own time and resources to support daily operational activities (monitoring and maintaining Servers and services of the platform).

Responsibilities:

* Analyze problems reported runtime, diagnose and do occasional code fixes with low to medium complexity

* Work with developers to identify and resolve more complicated problems

* Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs
