Job Description
**Role**: Python Developer (FastAPI) - Reinforcement Learning Gym Project
**Location**: Mexico ( Remote)
**Engagement Type**: Contractor
**Duration**: 3 months (extendable based on project)
**Commitment**: ideally 40 hrs/week, with at least 4 hrs PST overlap
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and maintain **FastAPI-based services** for RL Gym experimentation workflows and simulation environments.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to expose APIs for training, evaluation, and benchmarking.
- Write efficient, production-grade Python code with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize pipelines, and ensure smooth deployments.

- 5+ years of professional **Python development** experience.
- Strong expertise of 3 years in **FastAPI** (Flask/Django acceptable, but FastAPI required).
