platforms. We need an engineer who can break complex problems into smaller pieces and reflect on reasoning to ensure high-confidence solutions.

Must-Have Requirements

• Distributed System Design:
  Practical experience with load balancing, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
• Multi-tenancy:
  Architectural mastery of shared-db or isolated-schema strategies for SaaS scaling.
• QuerySet Optimization:
  Expert use of custom managers, prefetch_related/select_related, and database sharding.
• Asynchronous Processing:
  Deep knowledge of
