Senior Python/Django Engineer – Faisalabad
We are hiring for our Faisalabad office to scale our SaaS platforms. We need an engineer who can break complex problems into smaller pieces and reflect on reasoning to ensure high-confidence solutions.
Must-Have Requirements
Distributed System Design: Practical experience with load balancing, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
Multi-tenancy: Architectural mastery of shared-db or isolated-schema strategies for SaaS scaling.
QuerySet Optimization: Expert use of custom managers, prefetch_related/select_related, and database sharding.
Asynchronous Processing: Deep knowledge of Celery, Redis, and Python asyncio.
Custom Middleware & Signals: Building decoupled, event-driven logic and sophisticated request/response hooks.
Good to Know
Observability Stacks: Implementation and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
Infrastructure: Professional experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
