Python Developer

Overview

I'm recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced consultancy delivering a critical platform for a Central Government body. We're seeking a seasoned Python, Postgres & React Developer to join a lean, agile team.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on developing API integrations, automation, and building a clean, maintainable codebase within a pragmatic, minimal tech stack.
• Operate in a start-up-like environment where flexibility is essential, wear multiple hats, work independently, and bring solutions with little handholding.

Key Skills / Qualifications

• Strong Python & Postgres experience are a must
• React experience is desirable (as implied by the job title)
• Contractor role; ability to thrive in ambiguity, value simplicity in solutions, and work with little oversight.
