Insight Global’s client is seeking a hands-on Python Developer to join their Developer Experience (DevEx) team. This is a 100% hands-on coding role, focused on building tools and platforms that improve the overall developer experience by increasing productivity and reducing manual effort.
In this role, the developer will work on dashboards and AI-driven initiatives designed to help teams build software more efficiently. A key objective is to accelerate development cycles and streamline workflows by eliminating unnecessary manual steps.
The dashboards will track DORA metrics, requiring the developer to pull and aggregate data from multiple sources and translate it into meaningful, actionable insights.
