We're looking for a Python Automation Engineer with experience in AWS Connect to automate and enhance contact center operations. You'll build serverless workflows, integrate AWS services, and develop scalable solutions using Python and cloud-native tools.

We're looking for a Python Automation Engineer with experience in AWS Connect to automate and enhance contact center operations. You'll build serverless workflows, integrate AWS services, and develop scalable solutions using Python and cloud-native tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Boto3.
- Build and manage AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, etc.
- Integrate AWS Connect with services like S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
- Automate AWS Connect configuration and call flow deployment.
- Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting for contact center operations.
- Amazon Connect - Mandatory skill. Someone who has worked on flow diagrams and have hands on exposure to Connect.
