Python AI Engineer (Backend) Minimum 4 Years of Experience Gurgaon, Haryana, India Hybrid Full time
At M37 Labs , we build AI-first enterprise solutions — not just decks, but real, deployed AI systems. From AI copilots to agentic workflows and enterprise intelligence platforms, we work closely with leadership teams to design and implement scalable AI products. We’re now looking for a Python AI Engineer (Backend) who can help us architect and build production-ready AI systems.
What You’ll Work On
Building AI-powered backend systems using Python
Developing LLM-powered workflows (RAG, agents, orchestration)
Integrating AI models (Open AI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs, etc.)
Designing scalable APIs and microservices
Working on real enterprise AI deployments (not just POCs)
Optimizing performance, latency, and reliability What We’re Looking For
