Amazon's PXT HR (formerly HR4HR) organization is seeking an L6 HR Leader in Hyderabad to provide strategic and hands-on organizational support directly to key PXT L8 HR Directors in APAC across different business lines. We are seeking an experienced HR leader who will demonstrate business acumen, innovative thinking, and have deep knowledge and experience working in APAC countries and global multi country exposure is a plus.
To be successful in this role, you will help senior PXT leaders look around corners, and across lines of business, with data-driven recommendations for innovative programs as well as iterate on current programs to improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
