ROLE SUMMARY

  • The Talent Partner is a key member of the China PX team, translating talent-management and leadership-development priorities into steady, day-to-day organizational strength.
  • (He)/She will drive the high-impact delivery of Pfizer China’s talent agenda, acting as the talent advisor who designs and delivers future-focused, business-aligned talent solutions.
