Position: PVKids Experience Coordinator
Reports to: Children’s Ministry Director
Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Classification: Exempt
Description Summary
Pleasant Valley Baptist Church is seeking a creative producer who can architect a high-energy WOW experience that is so contagious, kids want to bring their friends—and so scripturally grounded, they leave knowing Jesus. This role requires a unique blend of high-octane energy, sophisticated emotional intelligence (EQ), and a deep commitment to biblical integrity. You are the Chief Fun Officer who understands that the more engaging the atmosphere, the more effectively we can plant the seeds of the Gospel.
